Rudy joined the Windfree Commercial team as a Project Manager in early 2025, bringing with him a hands-on background in solar construction. In his current role, he leads the planning and execution of his projects, coordinating scope, schedule, and budget to support project priorities. A graduate of a CEJA workforce training program, Rudy holds an OSHA 10 certification and is currently pursuing his NABCEP Associate credential. Before transitioning to the solar industry, he developed his project and program management expertise in education administration. Outside of work, Rudy is an avid musician and tinkerer who enjoys playing music with friends, restoring vintage audio equipment, and tending to his vegetable garden.
